Stylist Associate/Salon Support

Primary PuRPOSE:

Responsible for providing support to the stylists, clients and salon’s functionality. 


KEY Responsibilities:

  • Service all clients to the best of your ability with professionalism and respect. 

  • Greeting clients upon arrival as needed, when necessary and required, follow the schedule of a stylist.

  • Facilitate stationside pre-book with guests, making sure all services and products are properly purchased. 

  • Removal of garbage maintenance and preparing Green Circle Salon material. Maintenance of color bowls, ripping color foils, supporting the entire salon through communicating with stylists about their needs.  

  • Assist with mixing color for stylists, perform color run through, toners, root shadows and assist with blow drys and styling (upon approval to perform each).

  • Check in new inventory, handle recycling, break down boxes, etc.

  • Keeping the salon presentation by sweeping, mopping, doing laundry, dusting shelves, cleaning color dishes and/or chairs after color services.

  • Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested, including but not limited to, monitoring the front desk for check in and check out of guests.

Salon Service Provider: Stylist/Colorist or Barber

Primary PuRPOSE:

This position is primarily responsible for servicing the client for compensation through commission of service and retail sales.  Services are performed by licensed cosmetologists or Barbers.  Service providers will be required to manage the care, quality and  length of time for each service.  Service providers are expected to always present themselves in a professional manner, expressing the look of the brand and with superior guest service.  


KEY Responsibilities:

  • Service all clients to the best of your ability with professionalism and respect regardless of client need.

  • Ensure station and tools are sanitary and presentable at all times. 

  • Ensure station products are filled with the necessary soft goods for clients.

  • Provide clients with a full service; including, retail, pre-booking, greeting the client and communicating with the salon coordinator clearly about the closing of the sale.  

  • Work as a team to keep salon space presentable, including but not limited to your personal workspace by sweeping the floor, wiping down your mirror, washing color bowls, helping with foils, laundry help shampoo clients if you are free and an assistant is not available. 

  • Check client schedule to ensure you are prepared for next day.

  • Cross-sell and up sell  products and services.

  • Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested including, but not limited to, completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
