PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST APPOINTMENTS OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS THROUGH THE FORM ON THIS PAGE.
If you are looking to book an appointment, please use our online booking service or call us at 312-491-9771. This contact form is reserved for all other inquiries.
Solo requires all booked appointments to leave a credit card on file through our secured system.
Solo requires 24 hours advance notice to cancel or move an appointment, 72 hours for specialized services including but not limited to lash extensions and hair extensions. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your booked service.
Any required deposits for events or services will not be refunded.
All product returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase, for store credit only.
If you wish to leave your service provider gratuity at the end of your service, our service providers accept cash as well as our cashless Tippy kiosk for use with credit cards.
ATM AVAILABLE At Solo Washington st. location at this time only.
Please note a 1% surcharge will be applied to any credit card payment methods. (Alternatively you may choose to pay by Zelle or debit card).
Parking
VALET PARKING FOR BOTH LOCATIONS: $14
Tuesday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm (valet will bring key to you with location if you’re not finished by 5pm)
STREET PARKING:
Street parking is available as well which is easier to find in the evenings.
